Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Earth & Sky mobile app and website. By using Earth & Sky, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Wellness Support, Not Medical Care

Earth & Sky offers meditation, journaling, integration, community, and AI-assisted reflection tools for general wellness and education. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, or emergency services. Do not delay professional care because of information from the app.

If you may harm yourself or someone else, or are experiencing an emergency, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource immediately.

Crystal and AI-Generated Content

Crystal uses artificial intelligence and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate responses. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to act on a response. Crystal is not a therapist, clinician, or substitute for a qualified professional. Messages and relevant context are processed and stored as described in our Privacy Policy.

Accounts

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity under your account. Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. You may delete your account in Settings. Account deletion is permanent and does not cancel subscriptions managed by Apple, Google, or another purchase provider.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Paid features, prices, trial terms, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are presented before purchase and may be administered by the applicable app store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through the purchase provider before renewal. Deleting the app or your Earth & Sky account does not itself cancel a subscription.

Your Content and the Circle

You retain ownership of journal entries, messages, and community content you create. You give Earth & Sky the limited permission needed to host, process, display, and transmit content in order to operate features you choose to use. Circle posts, replies, display names, and shared photos are visible to other app users.

Do not post unlawful content, threats, harassment, private information belonging to others, intellectual-property violations, spam, or content that exploits or endangers another person. We may remove content or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users or operate the service.

Acceptable Use

You may not attempt to bypass access controls, impersonate another person, scrape or overload the service, probe for vulnerabilities without written authorization, interfere with other users, or use Earth & Sky for unlawful activity.

Ownership

Earth & Sky's software, visual design, branding, practices, and original content are owned by Earth & Sky or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant only a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service.

Availability and Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these terms. We will provide notice of material changes when reasonably possible. The service may occasionally be unavailable, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimers and Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Earth & Sky is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of a particular outcome. To the extent permitted by law, Earth & Sky and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

Termination

You may stop using Earth & Sky at any time. We may suspend access for serious or repeated violations of these terms, security threats, or legal requirements. Provisions that logically survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limitations—will continue to apply.
