Frequently Asked Questions
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. On iOS, go to Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, find Earth & Sky, and tap Cancel. Your premium access will continue until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
You can delete your account from within the app by going to Settings and selecting "Delete Account." This permanently removes all your data from our servers, including journal entries, session history, and account information. This action cannot be undone. If you're having trouble, email us at wise.joshua@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
Yes. Your journal entries are encrypted and only accessible by you. You can choose to keep entries stored locally on your device only, or opt into encrypted cloud backup if you want to access them across devices. Either way, we cannot read your journal entries. Crystal is powered by advanced AI and is designed to support reflection, not replace professional therapy. Your conversations with Crystal are processed in real time and are not stored or used for AI training.
